Daily Deposit Collection App

Traditionally, collection of daily deposit is tedious and lengthy and involves making manual entries and preparing receipts. The collection agent can make a mistake in writing down the transaction data (A/c No., Amount, Date) on receipts. Moreover, the cash is not deposited in Customer A/c’s in real-time and there can be delays if the agent is not able to deposit the cash in Bank in time. There is also a possibility of fraud, as the agent can dupe Customers by writing wrong receipts, or hold on to collected cash for some days for personal use.

- Agent Mobile App: Pigmy Agents can collect cash from Customers using a Mobile App which is installed on Agent’s Mobile/Tablet.
- Customer Mapping:Only the Customer A/c’s assigned to an Agent are loaded in that Agent’s App.
- Data Capture Simplified: Agent collects amount from Customer, selects Customer A/c No. in app, enters amount, presses ‘Submit’ button.
